We strive to offer you the best possible customer service. Please note that, for various hygienic reasons, orders cannot be returned once placed.
Only when you receive damaged items can you return your items.
In case there is damage to your delivered goods, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 working days after receiving the goods and a customer service representative will assist you as soon as possible. With the exception of damaged goods, other requests will not be processed.
Make sure that the following conditions are met before you return damaged goods:
- The box must be complete and contain all rolls.
- The item must be returned together with the original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
You must notify us of any damage within 3 business days of receiving the package via email@example.com. Always state your order number as the subject line. If we are not notified within 3 working days of any problems with your order, the items will be considered sold for good.
Wait for an email confirmation with all the info about your return shipment.

Make sure the package is properly packaged. A safe and correct delivery is your responsibility.
Once we have received the package, it takes 2-3 business days before we have performed a quality check. We will contact you by e-mail. After approval, the money is refunded within 7-10 days using the same method that was used when purchasing.
